In fig 9. you can see the current Discretejobs.
The update button you see will update the control panel with the current rapport located on:
K:/Operations/Cart Planning and Communication/Current_MFG_jobs.xls
This is just a raw export from oracle.
-Updated at least 3times a day.
-This roughly happens at 9:00 and 12:00 and 15:00.
If you would like to update this manually follow the steps below:
-► 1. Click in the "Tools" menu op "Oracle" and login
-► 2. Find the ""DiscreteJobs" Export all Released/Unreleased to Excel
-► 3. Click "Save As.." in Excel and save to K:\Operations\Cart Planning and Communication\" with the filename "Current_MFG_jobs.xls".
-► 4. Close the file "Current_MFG_jobs.xls"
-► 5. Go to the ControlPanel and click the 'Update List' button
You are able to print out this list by clicking on the ' ' icon.
A new window will pop-up with a Print preview.
If everything looks correct press the print button in the top left corner of the preview window.
