NOTE: This option is only available for users with permission "0"

-In the AdminPanel the admin can edit macros, tasks, edit weekly tasks, edit user info ,their permissions, and all parameters and exception messages.
Also the admin will have an option to clear all 'claimed free' dates from the calender for every user.

Permissions
The ECP has different user levels implemented. This is to have different ECP outputs per user based on there rights.
currently there are 3 user levels:

'0' = Admin , Has access to all windows and options.
'1' = Elevated Users , Has access to all windows and options, is allowed to switch user, has bbq dates but no AdminPanel.
'2' = User , Has limited access to windows and options, is not allowed to switch user, has bbq dates but no AdminPanel.
'3' = Other Users , Has access to all windows and options, is not allowed to switch user, does not have bbq dates or the AdminPanel.

*Example: User with permission level 2 or 3 cannot see or use the 'CheckList' tab that user with permission '1' uses.
